Shared Support Facilitator

When two or more participants share housing or jointly receive supports, a Shared Support Facilitator ensures equitable, clear, and respectful support relationships and agreements — so everyone has a genuine voice.

Why shared support needs facilitation

Fairness, clarity, and agency for all.

Shared living or support settings can lead to conflict, imbalance, or confusion. When decisions affect several people at once, it’s easy for some voices to be lost.

A neutral facilitator helps maintain clarity, fairness, and agency for all parties — establishing clear agreements, mediating when disagreements arise, and staying independent from providers so the focus stays on the people.

What we do

Keeping shared arrangements fair.
